Samsung is all set to launch Galaxy Grand 2 in India


Samsung is all set to launch Galaxy Grand 2 (SM-G7102) in Indian market on December 23. Galaxy Grand sports a 5.25 inch 720p HD TFT display with resolution of 1280×720px. Powered by Quad Core CPU clocked at 1.2GHz coupled with 1.5GB of RAM. To have 8GB of internal memory which can be expandable upto 64GB via microSD card. The smartphone to run on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box and to have connectivity options like WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB and A-GPS + GLONASS. Has got 8MP AF rear camera with LED flash which is capable of recording videos at full HD and a 1.9MP front camera for video calling. Houses 2600 mAh battery and to come in Black, White and Pink colors. Expected to be made available in the Indian Market on December 23 and to be priced between Rs. 19,000 to Rs. 20,000.

Nokia set to announce Lumia 1520 in the Indian market


Lumia 1520 to be the first phablet from Nokia. Which sports a 6" inch Full HD AMOLED display, powered by 2.2GHz quad core Snapdragon 800 CPU coupled with Adreno 330 GPU and 2GB of RAM. To come with 32GB and 64GB variant of internal storage with a microSD card slot for storage expansion of 64GB. To run on Microsoft Windows Phone 8 OS with HDR3 update. At the rear it will have a 20MP Pure view camera which will click pictures even in low light conditions. Lumia 1520 to house a 3400mAh battery and will have connectivity options like NFC, 4G LTE, WiFi and Bluetooth.

Android 4.4.2 rolling out to Nexus devices with minor bug fixes



Soon after the 4.4.1, Google has started to roll out 4.4.2 (KOT49H) to Nexus line up devices. Last week Google released 4.4.1 to Nexus 5 update on the camera performance.
